Shimmer end for highlighting the brow bone and a matte end for determining the brow line. Its soft creamy formula glides smoothly and easily blends to add gorgeous attention to your eye look.
HOW TO USE:
Apply under brows following the arch and lightly blend with fingertips. Can be used on the eyes, bridge of the nose for added highlight, and cupid's bow.
